Dog Days Pattern Project

For the project, I had to make a hero, secondary, and blender pattern and then put them onto a mock-up to show them in action. When thinking over ideas for the project, I thought of my favorite pair of pajama pants I had in my middle school years that had a simple dog pattern on it. I decided that an even better dog pattern could be done, and it would be especially fun due to my crazy love of dogs. I chose commonly known dog breeds: a poodle, cocker spaniel, bulldog, corgi, and a dachshund. To give it depth, I added bones to the background and paw-prints. I wanted a really colorful color scheme that would make the dogs stand out and give them a fun personality. I then simplified it down for the secondary and blender pattern.
The swimsuit below was created by Q Swimwear using my Dog Days pattern. My sister is a competitive swimmer and wanted the pattern made into a swimsuit for herself!
